HerGrace Initiative is a non-profit initiative committed to empowering women and girls, nurturing children and strengthening communities. We create practical pathways to education, mentorship, skills development, wellbeing and opportunity.

Our philosophy is simple: potential already exists within every woman, girl and child. Our role is to help create the support, resources and opportunities that allow that potential to flourish. We do not believe that anyone is defined by their circumstances — we believe in investing in people and creating opportunities that produce lasting change for individuals, families and communities.

Founder's statement

Why we exist

"I founded HerGrace Initiative because I believe that every woman, every girl and every child deserves the opportunity to become more than their circumstances. Too often, potential exists without access to the resources, guidance, education and opportunities needed to develop it."

A young girl may have a dream but lack the support to pursue it. A woman may have a skill but lack the resources to turn it into an opportunity. A child may have the ability to succeed but lack the basic support needed to thrive. HerGrace Initiative was created to help bridge that gap.

Our goal is not simply to provide assistance. We want to empower people, build confidence, create opportunities and help individuals develop the tools they need to create better futures for themselves and their communities. We believe that when we invest in a girl, we influence a woman. When we empower a woman, we strengthen a family. And when we nurture a child, we invest in the future.
